Showroom Expansion Leader · Copenhagen · Amsterdam · Paris · 2024–2026

A brand with a clear aesthetic and an ambition to match it. Three cities. Three leases. Three teams built from the ground up. One brief: build something that creates moments worth remembering for a lifetime.

Vanbruun's European expansion required more than real estate. It required someone who could read a city before the brand entered it. In each city, the process began the same way. Private client meetings at some of the most considered addresses in Copenhagen, Amsterdam, and Paris shaped an understanding of each market's luxury sensibility before any decision was made. What people expected. How they moved. What a space needed to feel like to earn their trust.

From there: lease negotiations conducted and signed personally. Contractors briefed and managed through full renovation. Interiors sourced to match a brand aesthetic that had never before been translated into physical space at this scale. Local teams recruited, interviewed, and hired from the ground up. PR relationships established in each market. Content produced throughout to support the brand's digital presence in parallel.

Copenhagen opened first, establishing the template. Amsterdam followed. Paris, the most considered iteration of the Vanbruun environment, opened in April 2026.

The result is a brand that now exists coherently across three European capitals, with spaces that carry the same weight of intention in each city.

Following three years of expansion work, the relationship continues, now in an ongoing consultancy capacity across content strategy and brand direction.
